Please read T&C’s carefully before buying from/using the Ozneon.com.au website.

Using the website and/or our services are subject to you accepting and adhering to these terms and conditions and they apply to all customers and visitors for:

Purchasing our ready-built/designed/custom-built products from our website.
Using photos/videos/items/any website data whatsoever by any means

Using our services through our website/live chat/email/call you agree to bound by our terms and Privacy Policy. If you are in any disagreement with these terms, you may not access/continue accessing the website or our services.

Customer/user will be referred to as ‘You’, OZ NEON is referred to as ‘We/Us/Our’, Photos/videos/text/any data in any form will be referred as ‘Content’ from hereon.

Update of Terms & Conditions:

Change/update of Terms and Conditions can happen occasionally. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions section on our website before using services/purchasing every time. If any of the change affects you in any way after the purchase but before the delivery of our product, we will notify you.

Who is Eligible:

You can use services/purchases from our website if you are 18 years and older. For businesses, you must be the authorized person.

Duties/ Levies:

If you are located overseas (outside Australia), You will be responsible for any duties/levies charged by customs on any product purchased through us.

Website Accessibility:

The right to suspend/modify/update/close Ozneon.com.au is reserved by us at our discretion. We are not bound by any liability or to provide any notice.

Product Turnaround & Availability:

Our products are custom made including the products in the shop section on our website. Standard orders take 3-4 weeks* in Australia, including production and shipping. ‘Express’ orders take 2-3 weeks* in Australia, including production and shipping. These timeframes are projected based on our years of experience working with supply chain/delivery partners. We make no guarantees as some issues may arise that are outside of our control. For example, Clearance from customs, flight schedules for interstate/overseas customers, loss of parcel/goods in transit, rebuilding of product is required for any reason, etc.

Buying through us:

You will be required to provide relevant information for us to be able to fulfill your order/request like name, address, mobile, email & payment details, etc. You can check our Privacy Policy to see how we use & collect this information.

We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to cancel the order/refuse to serve at our discretion. We will notify you within a reasonable timeframe if such action is taken.

Paying us:

Full payment is charged at the point of sale for all products. You can choose to pay by major credit card/debit cards, Apple Pay, Afterpay, Humm, Zip Pay & Latitude Pay. Production will only commence after the payment is made since all products are custom-made.

Designing with us:

Oz Neon offers designing custom signs at no extra cost.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds:

If you wish to cancel the order due to a change of mind you can do so by contacting us within 24hrs of making the payment to receive a refund minus $65 for admin & processing fees. Cancellation of the order after 24hrs of making the payment is not accepted as they are in production by then.

Return/refund due to change of mind for any product sold by us is not accepted. Please review your design proof and details carefully before submitting the order. If you selected ‘No’ for the ‘design proof required’ section, we will assume you agree to put the product straight into production. If the product is faulty, we will require a video and photos of the product & packaging to decide if the return is acceptable. Return of the faulty product needs to be done in its original condition & packaging within one week of receiving it. Upon receiving the faulty product back, we will offer you the option of refund/rebuild on a case-by-case basis at our discretion based on the assessment. Rebuild orders will receive express turnaround without additional cost. Refunds can be partial or full and will be decided on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your account.

Oz Neon® Warranty

Oz Neon® indoor products come with 24 months warranty for electrical components when used appropriately and with reasonable care. Oz Neon® water-resistant products come with a 3-month warranty which covers electrical components when used appropriately and with reasonable care.

If in the unlikely scenario your product develops a fault within its warranty period, we will need a video and photos to assess the problem. Based on the assessment we will offer you to repair/replacement of the sign on case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Installed & Hard-wired products/signs:

We take no responsibility for any costs incurred for installing and/or uninstalling your product. If in the unlikely scenario your product is experiencing a fault, we will need a video and photos for assessment. Based on the assessment your product may need to be sent back to us for repair/replacement. We may advise you to take your electrician’s opinion for cause of fault if you used an electrician to hardwire the product & take no responsibility for costs involved in doing so. Once the fault is assessed we will offer repair/replacement on a case by case basis.

Coupon Codes:

Oz Neon® coupon codes are redeemable when:

making a custom sign using our online design tool;
purchasing items from our Shop;
and when you have neon art custom-made by sending a quote request to our team.

Oz Neon® coupon codes are valid for 30 days from the date received unless mentioned otherwise in the offer document/email

Oz Neon® coupon codes may not be used with any other offers or promotions.

Minimum purchase may be required to use/redeem coupon codes unless mentioned otherwise.

Copyright and Trademarks:

Custom-designed artwork, content, any data, and products for sale on our website https://ozneon.com.au are the exclusive property of Oz Neon®. All the products designed, put for sale, and produced by us remain the property of OZ NEON unless explicitly agreed by us.

You are responsible for any copyright and/or trademark breach for custom-designed/design your own product and Oz Neon will bear no liabilities or losses occurred due to this.

You authorize Oz Neon to produce and re-produce product based on the design/details you approve/provide/request and you have the right to use trademarks incorporated in any product.

Use of website

You have the permission to use our website ozneon.com.au as per our Terms & Conditions in an ethical & lawful way

Limitations on use of our website/services:

You will not/will not assist others to use ozneon.com.au for:

Spreading any spam
Copying any part of the website in any way
Unauthorised/illegal activities
Unsolicited commercial use
Any action/activity deleterious in any way to us, our customers & users
For which you have no explicit consent from ozneon.com.au

Buy Now Pay Later Service:

We do not take any responsibility for approval or rejection of application from interest-free installment payment plan providers (Afterpay, Latitude Pay, Hmm & Zip Pay) available on ozneon.com.au
Any issues related to approval, rejection, balance inquiry needs to be directed to relevant buy now pay later service provider’s customer service team
No fees are charged by ozneon.com.au to customers for utilizing a buy now pay later services.
